Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking and Reservation

• Online booking is mandatory to participate in the tasting session.

• Reservations are subject to table availability.

• Only confirmed bookings will be honoured; walk-ins will not be accommodated for the tasting session.

2. Session Details

• The tasting session is available Monday to Saturday from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

• Venue : Reflex Bar,Brewery & Dining , M3M IFC, Sector-66,Gurgaon

• The price for participation is ₹499 per head + taxes.

3. Menu Policy

• The tasting menu includes:

  • 2 Starters (choice of vegetarian or non-vegetarian)

  • 1 Main Course

  • Indian Bread & Rice

• The menu is fixed and cannot be customised.

4. Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Refunds or rescheduling will not be permitted for no-shows or late cancellations.

5. Group Policy

• A maximum of 4 guests per reservation is allowed.

• For larger groups, please contact us in advance to check availability.

6. Guest Experience

• Guests are required to arrive on time to ensure the session flows smoothly.

• Feedback forms will be provided at the end of the session to help us enhance your experience.

7. General Guidelines

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• Zoil Tasting Sessions are subject to changes or cancellation at the discretion of the management.

• By making a reservation, guests agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
